Great experience overall. Communication was very good - multiple calls, texts received during the process and also updates via the App - the App itself is so-so, and could do with some attention and TLC. My pup arrived as scheduled, happy and healthy! He’s a joy!

Our new puppy from PuppySpot is fabulous! She’s acclimated to our home wonderfully well! Our other dog, Riggley, also a labradoodle, has sort of gone into training mode. She tolerates him somewhat! Both are getting along very well!
