Wonderful way to bring a new Pup into our home

PuppySpot is a good resource for managing the treacherous process of identifying a puppy. The staff were helpful and considerate. The process from first inquiry through meeting our new puppy at the airport was managed flawlessly by the accessible professional staff. The website was information rich but was infrequently updated. A disappointment. We were hoping for more photos and health/vaccination updates. That aside, it was a great experience. We have a fabulous puppy and he is a delight. Thank you.

Puppy manager was not helpful

I asked numerous times for updates on my puppy and what airline accommodations had been done. The manager assigned to me and another who seemed to be filling in were unable to get me the information I requested. Only after speaking to Daphne did I receive the information I needed about his flight. The gentleman that escorted our puppy was wonderful!!!! He kept me updated through out their journey and sent pictures along the way. Ziggy has acclimated to our home and his Shih Tzu sister Charley has taught him how things are done. He’s almost completely house broken with only an occasional accident. His vet appointments have gone well and he will be getting neutered in October. We are watching him as he grows to see if his eye muscles strengthen as he seems to have one eye that is lazy. He will have pre op blood work done to check his thyroid and to get baseline levels. He’s a happy, playful boy who is loved by everyone especially when they see his beautiful green eyes and brown nose!

puppy came home with infection

The general service with arranging to get our toy poodle puppy was good. However, she was diagnosed with Giardia intestinal parasites at our vet. Now she is on 10 days of two different medications. This was very upsetting to us, especially since she doesn’t even weigh 3 lbs yet, and we were guaranteed a clean bill of health by PuppySpot.

An Easy Transaction!

Puppy Spot was super easy to use, my puppy was definitely spoiled by the breeder! She knew how to play ball and she melts in my arms when I pick her up, she LOVES her cuddles.( she is a Pom/ American Eskimo). I looked at other sites, and I couldn’t find one better and safer than this site.

Review of PuppySpot Transaction

PuppySpot provides a nice service to connect people with puppies. However, I don't feel there was full disclosure of what the extras would be in the final cost until the purchase was being finalized. My concierge was terrific, but the puppy manager sometimes went missing. If he had time off, he should have informed me and responded when I called or emailed. The breeder did a fantastic job with this puppy! She has slept through the night from the time we picked her up. They had also worked on crate and potty training and she's a natural with that! The puppy is just precious!

PuppySpot is Professional with us in every respect we purchased two dogs through them they are very reputable company there are many scams out there taking peoples money through Western Union credit cards and not delivering the pets please be careful thank you puppy spot for your integrity and professionalism we love our dogs

Coming home

My only problem was with the arrangement to fly her home to us. I realize the weather is out of your control, but overnighting an 8-wk old puppy in Denver did not sound like a good idea to me. Fortunately the breeder generously offered to drive her half-way to us and it worked out fine.

Very professional with great details and follow up. My only issue was response time when we had questions. They said the fastest way to communicate was by sending text messages. When we did that we did not receive a response until the next day. Other than that our experience was excellent and Clooney is doing very well.
