Great Puppy and Communication up until purchase was made. Radio silence and very poor updates from anyone on the flight status and when to expect to puppy to show up. I could not get a hold of anyone via phone after speaking. If you run into this, use a different phone to call them. They somehow filter out if they have you locked in to a purchase. We did finally get on touch with someone (different phone) who was VERY helpful and made things right. Puppy is awesome and healthy, which is most important.

It's part of our process to confirm travel details with puppy parents 48 hours before a puppy is scheduled to travel for a couple of different reasons, most importantly being your puppy is seen by a licensed veterinarian a few days before traveling to be sure she was healthy for her big journey home. That said, we never want a customer to feel as if they’re not able to get updated information and we're sorry that was the case for you at any point. From my first interaction with Puppy Spot personnel to after the arrival of my beautiful Murphy they have been so wonderful. They are so excellent from purchase to delivery. They are so wonderful in matching me with a breeder and making sure I was ready for him and that was kept safe and healthy I highly recommend them and the breeders they associate with!
Staff was there every step of the way, from picking our puppy to delivery. No need to reach out to them, they were on top of it, phone and e mails. We were assisted by Jeffrey, explained everything in detail before decision.

Very thorough arrangement for purchasing a good match of puppy and family. Gave it a four stars because puppy came to us with positive coccidia and hot positive garida that wasn’t picked up on her exam before transferring her to us.

When my husband and I saw Aspen (7 weeks old beagle) we fell in love immediately. We watched the site for a few days before we decided to call since we were a bit skeptical. I am so glad we made the call. The communication process was amazing and the staff that guided us was so heartwarming and understanding. Aspen, who's new name is Blue, has changed our life. We cannot wait to see what she will do next.
The day before we were to get Misty I received a physical that said she had a herniated umbilical cord & an under bite. I was suppose to get any physical problems at least a week or so ahead so I could decide if I wanted her. I called my Vet & she said she could fix the hernia when she’ was fixed but it will be an extra 200.00. I already was paying over $3500.00 for Misty & that was extreme. I talked with Anthony that handles these problems & we finally came to a resolution that he would refund me the 200.00. When I received my credit card statement Anthony had not followed through on his promise. (I have an email from him saying he will credit my acct.). I called PuppySpot & she transferred me to Anthony. He was out of the office but said he would follow up when he returned on the 28th. I’ve never heard from him.. NOT GOOD. I called Visa & they credited my account 200.00 because of my email proof but said as of 3/21 they had still not heard from Anthony. Also, I asked what airline Misty would be coming on they told me United then I got a text from the girl bringing her & she said American. I’ve never seen such a lack of organization, a lack of keeping your promise ie sending me a dog with no physical problems & last knowing which airlines she would be coming on. I spent a lot for Misty because of all your reassurance of personal care & a healthy dog. I will never refer anyone to puppy spot. Sad because you all talk a good talk but that’s all it is is talk. We had lost my favorite dog in November of last year. My heart was broken but our one dog left, Hershey, became my best friend and therapy to help with our loss. We had, at one time, 6 dogs. All were peekinees/shih Tzu mixes. We gave ourselves some time and then started looking for a new puppy to keep our one dog company and being so spoiled by us. :) Looking through the pages we saw the sweetest face of Hattie. We contacted PuppySpot and they were amazing in answering our questions about introducing the new puppy to the current and very spoiled older dog. We were notified of when Hattie would be flying to us within a couple of days. The chaperone for her was extremely sweet and arrived on time with our precious puppy Hattie. Everything is going well and the two are still feeling out whose bed and when to play and when to sleep. Our older dog has found new energy and we have had many new laughs in a house that needed this love and laughter. I would use them again with no hesitation.
Poor little guy was on two flights, not direct and it was 9 hours of travel, but he missed his connecting flight, so he was actually 11 hours of travel. They told me their dogs don’t fly alone, which they do. Their only companion is the cargo transfer people from the airlines. Luckily he is ok after a few days of sleeping and hydration. Other than the travel, I’m happy with my puppy.

Welcoming home a puppy is such an exciting experience and we understand how disappointing it must have been to adjust your schedule. There are several factors to consider while booking animal air travel, including the fact that not all planes are equipped to transport animals safely. Though it may not be the most direct route for your puppy to travel home to you, we assure you it was a decision made with careful consideration and your puppy’s best interest in mind. Just like human travel, flights for our little ones can be delayed or canceled which can impact your pup’s arrival time. The airline tried contacting you with your pups updated travel information but unfortunately was unable to reach you. Your feedback is important to us, not only because we take our role seriously and want you to have the best experience possible, but also because it gives us a chance to learn and improve. I was very skeptical at first as I have never used a service like this before, however, they were fantastic! They kept in touch with me on the process and progress almost every day! My little Yorkie arrived as they guaranteed! I would not hesitate to use PuppySpot again for my next puppy!
