THE PICTURES DIDNT DO HER JUSTICE JORDON WAS SO MUCH HELP WITH ME GETTING MORE PICTURES OF MY BABY AND ALSO GOT ME A SMALL MOVIE OF HER MY REAL SCARED WAS HAVING HER FLY TO ME BUT JORDON RESURED ME THAT THE BABY WAS GOING TO BE FINE AND SHE WAS ME I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK BUT I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I GOT HER IN MY ARMS I CRYED SHE IS SOOOO MUCH BEAUTYFULL I JUST WANT TO THANK YOUS FOR MY BABY AND THANK JORDON FOR HIS HELP HE WAS RIGHT HE WAS SO NICE HE TALKED TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN
I initially thought buying a puppy on line was a bad idea ... PuppySpot proved me wrong. Iy turned out to be a fantastic experience. A bit pricey, but everyone and everything was absolutely first class. And the fur baby is amazing!
The man we spoke with on the phone was very helpful, even allowing us to talk to the breeder of the puppy we were considering. We bought her, she had no effects with her flight to Arizona, and she has settled in quickly to her new home. She is a beautiful puppy and we are very happy with her, and the service you provided. You fulfilled every commitment you gave us.

They were great to deal with in the process. Transporting the puppy is stressful though...knowing the the dog your are taking ownership to is stuck in a crate all day without access out and subject to the flight crew on duty really makes me wonder the stress it causes the animal...if I do this again I'll fly there and bring back myself...

Everything was well communicated, and Po arrived to our home a bit sleepy, but our kids were surprised and cried they were so happy... he is in great health and has a wonderful disposition, super friendly with everyone, and especially loves the kids... he is an amazing addition to our family!

Puppyspot.com was terrific to work with us. We had the opportunity to even meet the breeder (Tammy) who brought our puppy to us at our hotel. We received a 14 week old puppy, Freddy, who was healthy, loving, and socialized. So blessed to have found good folks who understand good breeding. Freddy adapted immediately to his new home and is doing well with potty training. He's an amazing little boy.
Unfortunately, the dog had worms when I took him to the vets 2 days after his arrival. I have been trying to give him the medicine provided by my vet but he has refused to eat for 3 days. In addition, he now has the diarrhea and I will need to take him back to the vets on Monday.

Very helpful staff. Asked if I knew how to care for a puppy and if I was ready to make a commitment required. I purchased a Westie through your service 11 yes ago and she has been a "Princess". So far the Havanese is melding into the household beautifully. The only thing I would change is if your staff would discuss the type of dog. Each breed has its pros and cons and where it fits. Some may look cute but don't work with children or might need ALOT of exercise.
