Jessica and her believable approach and courtesy sold the dog.

every correspondence and communication and expected delivery of purchase and pet was beyond top notch marketing approach, courtesy, competence, I haven't been more impressed of a broker of any kind in years. Jessica in Utah sold the dog "oliver", via her competence and warmth.

The Breeder Did not send a healthy Puppy (Worms) and did not send all the dog papers promised. I will change this rating when and if I get the requested paperwork. The Puppy required two trips to the vet to make it well. The puppy is adorable.

Like all PuppySpot puppies, your puppy underwent two mandated nose-to-tail exams by two separate licensed veterinarians (the breeder's before the puppy flew to you and yours after your puppy arrived). Neither exam indicated your puppy was anything but healthy, so we were surprised to hear your puppy had been diagnosed with worms two weeks after arriving home. That said, you did the right thing by notifying us and our Health team was quick to jump in to see how we could help. And, while you decided to forego the additional help, we're very glad to hear your puppy is feeling better. After speaking with you shortly after receiving your feedback, we understand you had some additional questions about your puppy's registration and that our Customer Advocate team has addressed those as well. As you have experienced, we are about much more than just helping find you a puppy, we are a dog loving community that's always here to help. So, please do not ever hesitate to reach out to us if there is anything else we can do to be helpful.

We love our new fur baby!

Such a pleasure working with PuppySpot! They were always keeping me up to date with phone calls and emails through the entire process. It got a little confusing as my puppy's scheduled arrival continued to change, but the process was pretty smooth! My puppy is wonderful, loving, beautiful and we are so happy to have him!!

It seems when I asked why the price went up when I summited so I was told

When I got the puppy she was in her carrier which smelled like pee.. I was told she would be traveling with 2 people to take care of her. The paperwork taped to the carrier show the last time she had been attended to was 11:00 that morning just before the flight left. I was also told that she would have a chip. When I took her to the vet he said no chip.

LOVE my Havanese, Judah!!!!

Dwayne, the rep from PuppySpot, was excellent to work with from initial contact to final purchase. I was not happy with the travel department. Their initial email came thru in regular in-box, follow-up email came to junk mail. This was unfortunate as I was unaware there was a change in arrival date for my puppy.
