I wish I had more information while waiting for her. You gave me wrong arrival time. Even on this survey you have wrong purchase date. She came with flees, not a good way to start bonding with her by traumatizing her with a fleebath.

Just like all PuppySpot puppies, yours was required to undergo two nose-to-tail health exams by separate licensed veterinarians - one by your breeder's vet prior to travel, and another by your vet shortly after arriving home. We were extremely surprised to hear your puppy arrived with fleas, as neither the breeder's vet nor yours indicated an issue in their reports. We are equally surprised to hear you feel as though you received the wrong arrival time for her flight home, as our travel team had numerous conversations with you about travel and we never heard from you (until you submitted your review) that anything was amiss. That said, air travel, especially during busy travel times like the holidays, is not always 100% predictable, which is why we always recommend our customers call us or their airline ahead of time to check for updates on their puppy's flight. In terms of your complaint about not getting enough information ahead of time, we are always very happy to provide additional information to our puppy parents, so it would be helpful to know what additional information you were seeking. Every person I spoke with was so helpful and reassuring that everything would be ok. Our puppy had to take a connector flight and we were nervous, but the staff at Puppspot was AWSOME!

This puppy is great!! He is so active! He has slept every night! He plays with his toys. He's had the second set of injections from our vet! He is a favorite at the vet's office! He arrived at the airport -- and our lives have never been so great!

The Puppy was a gift for my wife. She lost her mother and step dad with in 3 months of each other. Little "Gus" now named Gabriel, Gab for short, was a perfect and needed addition to our family. Puppy Spot did and outstanding job! it was the best experience!
I wanted to adopt a dog for 6 months. I searched the Internet everyday and finally I saw Rosie and prayed that she was still available...she was. The paper work started and my little girl was on her way. She is a joy and we love each other so much.
Service representatives were misleading and untrustworthy. This was supposed to be a stress-free experience... instead they turned what should have been a wonderful experience into a nightmare. I do not know how PuppySpot justifies the exhorbitant prices given the extremely poos service.
