Great experience from start to the time Lakota gave us our first puppy kisses. Staff was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and when we did have questions or issues they were right there putting our minds at ease. We would highly recommend Puppyspot to anyone looking for a new addition to their family.
We love our puppy but definitely not the service that we got from Puppyspot. The right hand never seems to know what the left is doing. We made contact with the puppy concierge (Guy) first. He was awesome, very knowledgeable and answered questions for two days before our purchase. Then as soon as the purchase is done, he disappeared. Customer care only cares until you get transferred to the travel department. They only care until you get your puppy. Too much chasing through departments. We were NEVER given the option to speak to the breeder. I found out later that this is absolutely an option prior to purchase. The puppy nanny was another fiasco. He took a week to return our calls/texts and we were given flight information, had it change the day before only to have him miss his flight and take the original flight. We received a terrified, dirty, sticky and unfed puppy. She was very drained and almost lethargic when we picked her up. The travel department transferred us to the puppy health dept who told us to feed her and call them in the morning. Not much concern as it was closing time and she wanted to go home. Puppyspot and the breeder were NOT informed by the pet nanny that he had missed his flight. Since we have turned in our health papers, we have not hear word one from Puppyspot. No AKC papers, no health guarantee papers....nothing. They say that when you get your puppy that your relationship doesn't end, it begins....yeah right. We love our puppy and have gotten a good relationship with the breeder. I will NEVER use Puppyspot again.

This is Bette, not Don. I thought buying a puppy from Puppy Spot, never having heard of it, was very scary. I do not order off the internet. The next morning, Sunday, I received an e-mail from the CEO of the company. Felt much better. Tuesday, another e-mail giving me her ID number, airbill number, flight number and the time she would be arriving on United Airlines. Really felt much better !!! Went to the #8 baggage office, girls there were very helpful. Had puppy in my hands probably within 15 minutes after arriving at the airport. Yes, I would recommend Puppy Spot to a friend. Both my husband and have been very pleased with the folks we had spoken with about our little girl arriving here. And a couple of days later, a man called and we had a nice conversation about Baylee! So glad we bought her.

We came into this extremely skeptical having dealt with disreputable breeders. It took a week from our first call to puppyspot until we had our puppy in our home. They have a wonderful staff that held my hand through the entire process.

Very positive experience. Spoke to a couple different customer reps and both answered all my questions. I was a little hesitant to buy our little puppy without seeing him and meeting him and the breeder in person, but honestly, everything that Leandra said was 100% spot on , and she was really good at giving us so much information that it made us 100% comfortable in making our decision. Our puppy was flown to us from MO to OH and arrived on the day we agreed upon , safe and sound, clean and so happy!! We would definitely use puppy spot again if we were to buy another puppy.
