Buying through puppy spot was convenient but they don't makeep you aware of limited registration or guide you through puppy insurance or health guarantee.
I have gotten any of the updates you have mentioned. The refund, the letter from the breeder about the chip miss information. I thought this was a toy yorkie. But, the vet said he will be 11#. So, this is not turning out as expected.

Yorkshire Terriers are considered a toy breed and do not have any size variations other than that they are expected to be small. PuppySpot cannot guarantee the adult size of any of our puppies, as they are living, breathing beings and factors like weight, height and even markings and color are impossible for anyone to accurately predict. That said, your relationship with us began, it did not end, when you added one of our puppies to your family, so even after we've resolved your current situation, you should never hesitate to reach out if there's anything we can do to be helpful.

Very efficient and organized. I had to pay for the puppy in full up front which felt a bit odd ... you wondered if it was all a scam but they were in constant contact about the puppy delivery. Would only say that it would have been great to send al his papers with him rather than me requesting later.
As far as the dog goes he is awesome 5 Star's all the way. Buying and shipment of the dog was A+ to How ever we purchased a 4 week old puppy and never got one updated picture from puppy spots. I would have liked to have gotten a picture e-mailed once a week of our new puppy as they grow up so fast.
This was our first time planning for a pet and everyone I spoke to at Puppy Spot gave me so much confidence and made the whole process smooth and easy. Mike and Jennifer went out of their ways to reach out to the breeder and work things out to our convenience. Highly recommend!!
It was horrific. I couldn't be more displeased with the process and I don't think I've had such a negative experience with an organization. I talked to probably 5 or 6 different people regarding my puppy, only got one follow up email which was an invoice. I had to drive the process every step of the way to from getting confirmation they talked to the breeder, what date she was coming out, how her final vet check went, and her flight information (where I was given the wrong ID number). I'll never use puppy spot again and will let others now how tough it was to work with them. In the end, we love our puppy so that's what matters most

Our puppy Finn came to us safe, he did not smell, there was food and water provided ....... He is wonderful, and we love him dearly.........he is doing well, eating and gaining weight, our vet. Is very please with him and his health and we could not be more satisfied........he's handsome and we look forward to many happy years with our Finn

Your puppy, just like all PuppySpot puppies, received†a mandated nose-to-tail health check performed by a licensed†veterinarian shortly before she was scheduled to travel. The veterinarian who saw your puppy felt that she would benefit from extra time with her breeder, which we disclosed to you immediately after receiving her vet's feedback. We then gave you the option to wait until your puppy was ready to travel, or†forgo†your placement and either pick a different puppy or†receive†a full refund, at which point you chose to wait until she was ready. Once your puppy was ready to travel home, we worked with you to book new travel†arrangements. Unfortunately, your puppy's new arrangements had to be pushed back due to weather conditions, and our dedicated Travel team notified you immediately of the delay, which was out of our control. As dog lovers ourselves, we understand the excitement of adding a puppy to your family, and while it may have been inconvenient or even disappointing to have your puppy's travel arrangements delayed, our number one concern is always your puppy's health and well-being. Our puppy arrived on January 10th. He flew in via Delta airlines. When we arrived to meet him he was in his little travel crate, with his little blanket and documents. He was super excited to meet us and I couldn't wait to get him home He has an adorable disposition. I have to admit I was a little nervous to adopt from an online site, but after much research, consideration, and a very informative conversation with a Puppyspot representative, I felt comfortable moving forward. Within 48 hours of receiving him we visited the veterinarian, where he received a clean bill of health. Gus "Gussy" is now 10 weeks old. He is everything we expected and more! Love him!
I would give a 4.5 (good plus or excellent minus). Appreciate the pictures and lineage. Once contact was made ( which was spotty at times) the service and interviewing was great. All questions and information were provided in a complete and timely manner. Was impressed with the enthusiasm of customer service and level of knowledge and caring. Only downside was getting timely replies to e-mails (phone calls worked well for us) and not getting vaccination record when Fiona arrived by plane. Fiona is a healthy and beautiful puppy-just what we were looking for as a new sis. Thanks for the service. This was especially helpful due to our remote location.
Dog arrived by United Airlines. Doing wonderfully. Would have been better if more info provided about parents and breeder initially, but after requesting, Puppy Spot connected me with her and was able to ask questions.
