Everyone was very nice and caring. They made sure they let you know what was going on throughout the wait until I was able to take my little Maggie home! I will definitely use them again if I decide to get another puppy.

I had my doubts about the service, but after a fair amount or research I was reassured that it is a good company with people trying to do right by the customers, breeders and most importantly the dogs. Now that we have our puppy and I have gotten tot know the breeder, I feel comfident that we made a good decision.
I liked the personal service provided by the agents. I would have liked a little more information about the breeders and the parents of the puppies. We got a Great Dane puppy and he is perfect! The shipping and paperwork was done very efficiently.

it was the worse experience I have had to-date with puppyspot I purchased a dog last year and thought it was the best purchase I made. This year my purchased dog was sick, underweight, aggressive when it comes to eating.

Just like with your first puppy, your new puppy underwent a mandatory nose-to-tail health examination prior to traveling home to you, which came back clear, so we were just as surprised as you were to learn she wasn't feeling well shortly after arriving. Additionally, while your puppy may currently be slightly small for her breed, neither the breeder's vet (on our mandated pre-flight exam) nor your own vet (on our mandated post-flight exam) noted any weight concerns. And, after speaking with you recently, we are very glad to hear she's been putting on a healthy amount of weight since arriving home. All that said, we will continue to do all we can to provide support to both you and your puppy until your current issues are resolved and look forward to turning your experience around.
fell in love with Lu Lu when I saw her picture. I did not know how big she was going to be. wanted a smaller dog but she is a wonderful puppy and such a lover I don't care how big she gets.

Everything went well except for the communication while my puppy was being transported by United PetSafe. There was a mix up & my puppy got flown to Florida instead of California. It took another day to get my puppy and the communication I received was from the other buyer rather than from Puppy Spot. Had I not heard from him, I would have been in the dark as to what had happened.

Most importantly, we are happy that all is well with your puppy, but we were both surprised and disappointed in your experience with United Airlines, as we regularly book puppy air travel through their industry-leading PetSafe program with very little issue. Although your review indicates that you did not hear from us, there must be some misunderstanding since, as soon as we learned your puppy had landed at the wrong airport, we immediately contacted you to let you know your puppy was safe and that we were actively working with our contacts at United to get your puppy home quickly and safely which, as you note, happened the next day. While we are happy your puppy arrived safe and sound, since the flight reservation was accurate, the mix-up never should have happened and we are working with United to determine how the error occurred and will continue to keep you updated.
