I found the whole PuppySpot experience to be exceptionally organized and easy! My puppy has settled in very well and has already learned many tricks and behaviors in the 2 weeks I've had him.I
Such a pleasure working with PuppySpot! They were always keeping me up to date with phone calls and emails through the entire process. It got a little confusing as my puppy's scheduled arrival continued to change, but the process was pretty smooth! My puppy is wonderful, loving, beautiful and we are so happy to have him!!
I was disappointed to be unable to go see the puppies before I chose one. Good phone and email contact though.
Great support and very kind, personable people. We really appreciated the concern and follow up for our new family member. Oakley, now named Annie Oakley, is doing great! She's very sweet and has adopted us quickly. Thank you so much!
everything went well
Working with Puppy Spot was a wonderful experience. Gazetta and Tony were GREAT! Please thank them again for me!
very helpfull, very nice to me, thank you
When I got the puppy she was in her carrier which smelled like pee.. I was told she would be traveling with 2 people to take care of her. The paperwork taped to the carrier show the last time she had been attended to was 11:00 that morning just before the flight left. I was also told that she would have a chip. When I took her to the vet he said no chip.
Brenda - Thank you for posting your review. We are further researching it and will reach out to you directly, but wanted to let you know your puppy traveled via United Airlines' industry-leading PetSafe travel program, which provides temperature- and pressure-controlled travel to all of their live animals. Your puppy was checked by a PetSafe team member during her layover in Chicago and was provided with fresh water at that time, which may explain her accident in her crate. The reason we know so much about the travel process is because the care, health and safety of our puppies are our primary concern and we know traveling can be scary for first timers, whether they have two legs or four. Most importantly, we're very happy to hear your puppy arrived safely and is adjusting well to her new home. In terms of the microchip, a Customer Advocate supervisor has reached out to you and will continue to work with you to resolve that issue as soon as possible. When you find a puppy at PuppySpot, you are doing more than buying a puppy, you are joining our community. So, please keep in mind that our Customer Advocate team is here and committed to providing you exceptional service not only now, but in the future, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly should you have any other questions.
Excellent customer service! Professionalism. And great satisfaction from our part.
every correspondence and communication and expected delivery of purchase and pet was beyond top notch marketing approach, courtesy, competence, I haven't been more impressed of a broker of any kind in years. Jessica in Utah sold the dog "oliver", via her competence and warmth.
The dog came with giardia which we are dealing with. We love the dog and appreciate the service you provided And we were a bit surprise that we received advertisement with her picture AFTER we had purchased.
Love my puppy. She arrived in excellent health. Very happy and I would recommend your website.
Great service, good quality puppy, smart and beautiful, comes with bloodline chart and vet certificate, easy to manage adding a new member to the family. I'm very happy.
We got a pug for Christmas! Everything went wonderfully! She is a great pup with the cutest personality ever! Checked out great at the vet and is bringing so much joy! The puppyspot was wonderful and I highly recommend their services
This could not have been a better experience! I highly recommend!
Bottom line: the puppy is an adorable little monster, and of course everybody adores her. She is beautiful, very smart and growing rapidly. She has already conquered the entire family and knows her home perfectly.
