Hi, I'm Jeff! I'm a 5-week-old male Dachshund with a beautiful red dapple coat, born on July 13. I'll be ready to go home to my forever family after September 8, once I'm grown enough to leave my litter. When I reach my adult size, I should weigh between 9–10 lbs. I'm APRI registered. My heart is as big as my paws are tiny, and I'm ready to love you.

When is Jeff ready to leave his mom?
Young puppies have delicate immune systems, so we and our breeders take extra care to ensure they're fully prepared for travel. Jeff must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh 2.5 pounds or more before traveling. If Jeff weighs less than 2.5 pounds, Jeff will be eligible to travel at 12 weeks per federal guidelines.
