My husband Lee and I can't say "enough good things" about our experience with PuppySpot!!!. We have had the greatest customer service from our first call with Kevin, the sales support team, customer care and lastly to our WONDERFUL Puppy Manager, Kris Vivas... Kris has been with us every step of the way and going "above and beyond" to help us..... I had a problem this morning with Third Party Pet and I sent an email to Kris to ask for assistance... She was sick at home, but actually called me to answer and help me... We are definite advocates for PuppySpot!! You "walk and talk" your mission and YES you do hire the very best people.... I would really ding the company vision that the end customer, the buyer, is not to be trusted. Even after my credit card had been charged, I was discouraged from speaking with the breeder and wasn't even allowed to know where the breeder was located. That is ludicrous. I would not use this company again.

They were there when you were searching for a puppy, helping find others until you found one you liked. But after you paid, they just send emails with no calls. Did not connected us with the breeder to get all needed information about the pup!

From the time the puppy was selected with the help of "inside information" from Jordan in our case to the time we received the puppy we received health updates, travel updates and other informaton that would be useful once the puppy arrived. The puppy arrived in a crate that was spotless and was absolutely not traumatized by the flight. Our Bernedoodles is affectionate, very social and very playful. We have already decided to get our pup a companion in the very near future and will no doubt do so through Puppyspot.

The first part of my puppyspot experience was unfortunately not good. I picked a puppy and everyone was very helpful but when it came time for the puppy to come home, I went to the airport and my puppy was not on the airplane and no one notified me of this. It was very hard to get updates regarding the status of the health of this puppy. After all was said and done, that particular puppy was deemed to unwell to come home. I can say that the next part of my experience was very good and seamless. A person from customer service contacted me and helped me pick a new puppy. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process and I am happy to say our new puppy is home and we love him. Thank you to Will Bravo for his help with the second puppy.
