Our questions were answered during our experience and we were pleased with it. Only negative was being put on hold for forty minutes for travel information. Other than that we were very happy.
The process was unbelievably quick. We managed to give our daughter a puppy for Christmas and organized it all in less than 2 weeks before the holiday. PuppySpot was great with assisting me through the process and the selection made it difficult because I wanted them all!
I?m so happy with my Newfie puppy, she is a great addition to our home, and fits right in.
Somehow, with all the travel issues in Atlanta on January 18, we managed to get the puppy after numerous flight changes. He was in cargo for a very long time but made it here ok.

I was very skeptical at 1st but I did a ton of research and decided to order my puppy. You can tell the breeders loved my pup until we got him. He has been a complete joy to our family, we love him so much.

The service was outstanding from top to bottom. Our concierge kept us informed on our new puppy Kane. Kane has been taking private professional training lessons. The trainer already thinking about using him in a commercial. So his breed and performance is awesome .
Dog arrived infested with fleas (eggs too) even though dr?s certificate said she had been checked the day before she arrived ?
Christi - We were truly shocked to learn your puppy arrived with fleas, as just like all PuppySpot puppies, she underwent a mandated nose-to-tail health examination performed by a licensed veterinarian shortly before traveling to you, which did not indicate she was anything but 100% healthy and flea-free at the time. Additionally, we have not yet received the documentation from her second required health check performed by your own veterinarian needed to initiate our guarantee or indicate any health issues upon arrival to you. I found out on Tues.,Dec 19 at 6:50 PM that I am to pick up my puppy at Logan Airport in Boston on Wed.,Dec 20th at 6:52 PM. Thought I was to have 2 days notice but it was fine. The breeder and daughter were both in the hospital and it made getting information difficult, was expecting puppy after Dec.13. Also the 2 day get to the vet and sign the AKC papers was difficult because of the holiday. Got her to the vet on Dec 23 and forgot to leave the certificate, faxed it on Friday, Dec. 22nd. It still has not been resolved, I do not have puppy akc papers (Puppy ID: 529700). We call her Brienne and she is a beautiful, healthy, funny, awesome puppy. Blending right in with the family and other pets, all playing and sleeping together.

Puppy Spot. Sales process was good. We were disappointed when puppy arrived with double ear infections fleas then tapeworm. All of which had to be treated at our expense. When a rep would call me s they left their name but the general phone number so when I called back I could never reach the same person so had to re explain each situation each time

PuppySpot was awesome. They were thorough, reasonable, responsive and made the entire process pleasant. I had been pre-approved with several rescues but was very frustrated with their process and insistence on neutering those pups too young. With PuppySpot I was able to see pictures and a video of my dog, learn about the breeder and find the one that was just right for me!
