I am a senior citizen with arthritis. I had a toy poodle for 14 years. Because he was small I could take him out in his carrier and take him with me around the neighborhood. When I saw the description of Beyonce, a toy poodle, whose description said she was a toy poodle and that both her mother and father were 5 to 6 lbs I thought she was ideal as my toy poodle was 7 lbs and was perfect. Beyond is now a year old. She is 16 inches long and 14 lbs. She is no way consider ed fat, just big. I cannot take her with me as I had hoped and am very disappointed. She also has patella problems that the vet said would probably have to be corrected with surgery.

While the size of your puppy sounds large for her variety, puppies are living, breathing beings, and as such, we cannot guarantee their adult weight, size or even coat color. We were most surprised to hear your puppy is experiencing issues with her patellas nearly ten months after her arrival home to you. Just like all PuppySpot puppies, Beyonce underwent two mandatory nose-to-tail health examinations performed by different licensed veterinarians both just before and shortly after she arrived home to you, both of which did not indicate she was anything but 100% healthy at the time, and we hadn't received any updates from you notifying us of any issues. I emailed them requesting a partial refund because when I got my AKC certificate in the mail, I noticed that it said that any offspring of my pup are ineligible to be registered. Had I known this in advance, there is no way I would have paid that price. I was hoping to make some of my money back. Nobody ever replied to me. Not a good way to do business. I will never buy a pup from them again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I was very happy with the puppy that I purchased. The staff at PuppySpot worked with me from the time I made my deposit until I picked her up. Jamie Bowlsby and Veronica were fabulous! They made my journey in selecting and purchasing my pet easy. I changed her name from JoJo to Mercedes and she is adjusting well and is the most lovable. every one that I have had dealings with has been very helpful, but I don't think I would buy another dog on line ,as I got a puppy with a soft spot on the top of her head,and she has a cough that the vet has not been able to clear up. Needlessly to say I am very worried about this.

i have never had a puppy transported from another state so I was real nervous about the experience. Puppy Spot walked me through every step. All travel plans were well organized and representatives were so helpful. Our puppy arrived on time safe and sound and was in excellent health. I highly recommend Puppy Spot if you are looking for a new member for your family. It has only been two weeks and we adore our pup Gus!
you followed through with the purchase
The original woman I spoke to who helped me buy the puppy was great. However, Lenora in the puppy health team was terrible at explaining the health condition (umbilical hernia) and caused me to become very worried and concerned over a condition that as Tom later described it, is like an "outtie bellibutton". Everyone else has been great, but Lenora really needs to work on her delivery of information and so that people who are unfamiliar with animal health conditions don't become overly concerned due to her poor explanation.
Throughout the adoption process, everyone I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions no matterhow many times I had to contact them. Bae learned her new name, Gracie Madison, within 2 days. I would love to send a picture, but I don't how with the system.
My experience through PuppySpot was great. Picking my Nela (mini pin) and keeping me updated on her health and when she was able to travel. Nela is my ESA dog and has already brought joy and comfort within the 4 weeks that we have had her. I stay In touch with the Breeder so she can watch her grow.
