This is our second time of buying a puppy through The Puppy Spot. We have been very pleased with puppies that we get. They made it so easy for us.
From my first call on "Chace" a Bichon Frise ,I knew he would be well worth the cost. Everyone at Puppyspot throughout the the process was suburb. Four days after my first call, Chase came home.
We adoped twice this year from Puppy Spot! Terrific customer service and our dogs both arrived without any complication and in good health. Two maltipoos with wonderful and friendly dispositions. We would definitely recommend Puppy Spot to anyone looking for a dog.
Everyone I delt with at puppy Spot was nice and kind and helpful,one was a little pushy. I should have my head examined for paying the mega bucks for a puppy with a limited registration. I would never do that again. For over $3,000.00 I should have full registration. I am not at all happy about the greed or whateverfrom that breeder..

Regarding your puppy's registration, although his puppy listing page clearly noted he would be able to receive AKC's limited registration, when you indicated your interest in receiving full registration shortly after he arrived at your home, we reached out his breeder to relay your request. While the breeder declined to provide a full registration option, since you told us you neither plan to breed nor register your puppy, it should have no impact upon you or your puppy whatsoever. When you purchased your puppy from us, you did so as a pet and, as part of your agreement with us, you agreed not to breed the puppy. And, although you also informed us you have no intention to register your puppy, the paperwork your breeder provided you gives you the option to do so should you ever change your mind. Again, thanks for reaching out and please let our Customer Advocate team know if there is ever anything else we can do to help.
I have purchased 2 Danes and both had problems w/ health issues one which should of been noticed by breeder.I'm still waiting for medical refunds on 1st.cofussion is rampart at puppyspot no one tells the other anything.call after call on same issues.they are caring people and duetry to help people to get their puppies

Using Puppyspot was a great experience. They assisted me start to finish with consistent communication during each step. We now have a new loving family member that we will be sharing our first Christmas holiday with. We lov our Charli Girl!

everything was great - dog as described a little vauge on the insurance part, but we may get that fixed yet. We love the dog.

The customer service was amazing! The only suggestion I have is the flights... my poor little guy was on a flight for 14 hours because it wasn't a direct flight. But he's amazing and we love him very much!!!
From the beginning I was contacted by a customer care individual who walked me through what to expect each step of the way and even after my puppy was home they continued to make sure the puppy and I were doing well.
