Dwayne, the rep from PuppySpot, was excellent to work with from initial contact to final purchase. I was not happy with the travel department. Their initial email came thru in regular in-box, follow-up email came to junk mail. This was unfortunate as I was unaware there was a change in arrival date for my puppy.

Our experience with Puppy spot was wonderful. The concierge was knowledgeable, helpful and understanding with our family to make this very important decision. My mother was a cat breeder while I was growing so I was very, very worried about get a dog from a Puppy Mill type situation. Puppy Spot was anything but? Our new family member came home in great health and looked exactly like the picture. He was well cared for and in good health! He has been a light in our life, create trained upon arrival. I?m not sure I would every fly an animal without a person again, as upon arrival coming from the mid-west to California with delays the dog was pretty shaken up. But with just a few days he seemed to fall into is role in our home nicely. I would recommend Puppy Spot to a friend or family member in the future. Thank you!

Our experience was excellent and I highly recommend purchasing puppies through the site. Our puppy was well adapted and cared for by its previous owner/breder. There is a huge difference in the temperament and ability to adjust to a new home when a puppy comes from a prior home. We have preciously purchased the same breed from a puppy store, the difference in health (kennel cough) and adjusting to sounds and touch were remarkably different. We could tell immediately that our new puppy was loved.
