I was a little skeptical about buying a puppy on the internet but after reading the reviews for puppy spot I decided to give it a try. Could not have gone better. The communication from start to finish was fantastic. The puppy (Doberman Pinscher) showed up on time and in great shape. Was able to speak to the breeder before and after the arrival. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

*Team member name removed by Feefo* in customer care was awesome!!! He kept in contact with me during my 1st week of actually having my new puppy. He gave me some tips/tricks on how to acclimate my new furry friend to his new home. My puppy is settling in rather nicely and he has already captured my heart! I would have rated Puppy Spot a 5/5 but there was a mix-up on the actual age of my puppy, so the vet had to decide his age and we are continuing immunizations from there. Other than that, THANK YOU *!!! YOU ROCK!!!!

I had a difficult time with the Finance department at Puppy Spot. The woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke to Guy Frank about my experience and he stated that this particular employee had several complaints filed. Guy was amazing.
The people were helpful and friendly. They responded quickly. The only reason it's 4 star, and not 5 star is because she arrived weak and without water. Also, day after when she went to the vet she had bitty coccidia and guardia. But overall it was a good experience.

Just like all PuppySpot puppies, your puppy underwent a nose-to-tail health examination by a licensed veterinarian, and this exam did not indicate your puppy was anything but 100% healthy prior to traveling home. Whilegiardia and coccidia are both common in puppies and easily treatable, you did the right thing by notifying us that there may be a problem and our Health team was quick to see how we could help. As you have experienced, your relationship with us began, it did not end, when we placed one of our puppies in your home, so you should never hesitate to reach out to us even after we resolve the current situation.

I have never been happier since the arrival of our new little Bichon Frise girl Amour. To you she is Sadie. At first I was not pleased with her price. We then dealt with your customer service. The way you handled her flight to us. The information on your web site has really been helpful. The fact that I can go on your site anytime and call for help at any time. There was one customer service person named *Team member name removed by Feefo* who was exceptional. She was so happy for us and made us feel excited by our choice of puppy. Now that Amour is with us we have taken her to the vet and he is pleased with how healthy she is. Thank you for our wonderful Amour!!!!!!!
I've wanting Bichon for a number of years now. But there are so many scams on the internet including craigslist. And AKC breeders from the AKC site either don't reply or reply when the puppies are all gone (get on the waitlist) and the prices are about $500-$1,000 more compare to Puppyspot's. Puppyspot isn't cheap and that's good. The first thing I've noticed that was different is a "chat option" which was extremely helpful to me as I was cautions of scams. They provided all the information I needed including additional pictures of the puppy's parents. Information about how the puppy will travel, basically everything. The payment process is easy and protected, I felt assured as I could always remove the charge from my CC in case of fraud. The puppy traveling arrangements were made in a matter of days. The puppy traveled well and arrived on time. Healthy, the vet confirmed.
This brokerage website is a scam! They false advertise dogs and overprice them. They do not have reputable breeders and have poor customer service and return times. I paid $2,500 for a chihuahua that's parents weighed 4 and 5 pounds each thinking he would also be around that weight. He is already 5 pounds at 4 months. When I contacted puppy spot first they said I was over feeding them. Then they said the breeder had not updated their info and the dogs had both gained a pound. They refused to refund me any money or help. This is fraud and false advertising.

Despite everything you included in your review, and based upon our conversations with you, it is our understanding that your real issue is that your puppy may end up being larger than you expected. As we've discussed numerous times during our communications with you, puppies are living, breathing animals, and genetics make it difficult to guarantee size, color or even temperament. As you noted, living conditions including things like exercise and feeding also play significant roles. That is why, as a blanket policy, we never guarantee a puppy's weight (and we did not provide you with any such guarantee). We do, however, do everything we can to ensure our puppies are as healthy as possible when they arrive at their forever homes. It starts with our breeder standards and continues throughout our process, as we require all breeders to follow our health protocol. As part of that protocol, before we clear any puppy for travel, we require a licensed veterinarian to administer our proprietary nose-to-tail health exam. The results of that exam are shared with prospective puppy parents, just as was the case with you. Once a puppy arrives home, we require another health exam (by a vet of your choice), which activates our industry-leading health guarantee. While we're confident we?ll be able to turn around your experience, you should never hesitate to reach out to us if there's anything we can do to be helpful.

we are satisfied with the customer service provided by Puppyspot. the first puppy we got, we cancelled before we physically got the puppy b/c he looked not much like his initial photo and puppy spot was accomodating though we had to pay a penalty fee. we are happy with our goldendoodle, though he smelled and looked pretty dirty when we picked him up at the airport. they send us photos of parents as we had asked. only thing i wish about puppyspot is they would provide more information on health of parents. i know they have a health guarantee and all.
