We had a previous not great experience so we were a little skeptical. Sarah Dowling took my call and was wonderful, offering advice and assurance. Our puppy, now named Chaco, is settling in to his new home and we’re looking forward to many happy years with him.

Everyone was very responsive to my questions. I wish there was an option between a four or five day transport, and a transport with a personal puppy nanny. Perhaps a flight in a crate without the nanny? That time in the crate - especially as they puppies have to pee ...

WE were able to meet up with the transport team 2 hours from our home and an hour earlier than planned, Appreciate the fact that they required a photo ID to prove I was the person to pick up Benji (formerly Walker). Such a sweet boy - we're in love.
