Margaret Graber is the best! We found Puppy Spot on line and they had the cutest pups. After calling and speaking to Lisa, we decided to get our little fur baby. Margaret face-timed with us so we could see her in action and was there for any questions. The transportation was all set up for our Cavapoo baby to get from IN to CA. 3 weeks later she arrived at our door step! :) They made the purchase easy and stress free.

I admit that I was initially skeptical. However, after I did A LOT of research, I chose PuppySpot. The customer service was incredible from the very beginning. My concierge was thorough and patient. She answered my questions patiently even if I asked the same question multiple times. She made sure that I understood each step of the process. I was a bit nervous about Lucy’s transportation to my house, but Michael and Skylar delivered her safe and sound. The additional “goodies” that I ordered are very useful and I’m glad that I made that additional purchase. The only bummer is that the harness that was included is way too big for her even after shortening it as much as possible. I’m extremely happy with Lucy (changed from Bristol). She has adapted to my home pretty well so far. She doesn’t always use the pee pads, but she’s a puppy! I’m waiting to receive a new harness for her so I can take her out to the yard. I am also getting her certified as an Emotional Support Dog. She is a fantastic cuddler; she definitely helps me relax and calms my anxiety. I anticipate a long relationship with my fur baby.
