A Chihuahua can easily be summed up as a tiny dog with a huge personality. They may not have much bite, but the bark is often enough to scare away potential intruders. A similar study from SmartAsset ranked DC as the 22nd most pet-friendly city in the country. The city’s high concentration of dog parks and pet-related businesses is the biggest reason DC is regarded as one of the most pet-friendly cities.
