This was a great experience from start to finish! My puppy, Taya arrived home in 2 weeks. I was nervous about her flying, but the airline took great care of her. That day there were flight disruptions all over the nation, so there was some miscommunication about her final flight home. But, everything worked out. American airlines got her safely through windstorms in the South and the snowstorms here at home. She settled in within a couple days and is so beautiful, healthy & happy. I now have...
