I was terified that. I made a mistake buying a pup on the internet. Jenniffer was great at explaining the process and informing me of the issues with the polar vortex. Enzo (Tucker) had some travel issues that were extremely stressful due to a mistake from the airlines ( not Puppyspot) she got on the phone and did the best she could. He arrived safe and we absolutely adore him
We are delighted with our new Puppy. He is gorgeous! His behaviour is as described. He gets on well with our 12 years old Golden Retriever. Now, it is up to us to train him the best we can. The advisors at Puppyspot were Fantastic, proactive, great listeners to our needs... The Travel arrangements were very well organized. Everything was so easy! So far sooooo Good!
A great dog; not so great communiction
We are very happy with our puppy. He shipped well and has acclimated nicely with our family. Our only concern with PuppySpot is that the three departments are far from seamless. Our situation centered around the delayed shipment because of the Polar Vortex. Clearly the weather was beyond the control of PuppySpot. However, the shipping department assumed we knew all of the airline regulations about this. Further, 2 weeks later there was a one day window to ship our puppy. Thanks to our Sales concierge Liz Smith and my over 8 phone call’s and emails, finally we found out about the flight. The real culprit here is the travel department. The travel department dropped the communication ball. They need to have a travel concierge who works with the buyers closely. Heh, I may only deal with PuppySpot once and $3,300 is significant. That all aside, We love our dog and he is better than advertised!
