Paul, my puppy consultant was very special. He was always friendly, answered all my concerns and questions and assured me when I needed it. I only wish that after I get pushed on to financing and travel that he kept more in contact. It was then my troubles began. All expenses and problems with the dog itself need to be presented way earlier in the process; not after I have made the commitment. I had more trouble with travel. The breeded dropped the ball and I ended up spending more time in Phoenix because the puppy did not make the flight. I deserve compensation for both the lack of disclosure up front and the travel problems. I hope that will be reflected and shown on a final paperwork sent to me. I was a little worried to buy a puppy w/o seeing her and her personality. The sales rep did not try to pressure me and said that Puppy Spot is not for everyone. After continued time on the website we decided to go for and couldn’t be happier. We got a sweet,happy puppy who is healthy. Overall, Puppyspot was very good to work with. The only problem came in the delivery of our puppy. He was due to fly into our city on a certain flight (which we verified with the carrier) and when we drove to the airport area to pick him up, he wasn't on the flights he was supposed to be on. In fairness, the different flights were, we were told, due to weather issues. However, no one from Puppyspot notified us of the flight changes and our puppy ended up arriving 7 hours later than he was supposed to. We call Puppyspot and a not very friendly woman told us that the breeder was supposed to let us know of the flight changes, but we had no idea who the breeder was, had never talked to the breeder and didn't even know where they were. In our opinion, Puppyspot was responsible since ALL of our dealing had been with them, including payment. This resulted in our having to drive back to the airport late at night and it was probably much more stressful for our new puppy. Other than this, they were good to work with on the puppy information and purchase side. They just need to do a better job with their follow through on making sure that the puppies they sell get where they are supposed to go, including notifying buyers of any delivery changes.

PuppySpot was very professional and responsive through the process. They were proactive and generally very quick to respond to my questions. The only possible issue for a dog owner like myself is how big will my girl get to be. For Daisy, they indicated probably 40 nlbs based on her parents sizes. However, I was advised by PuppySpot that on her last vet checkup she weighed 25 lbs at 16 weeks -- so the potential is way larger that expected. This is a particular issue for prospective owners where size matters. PuppySpot should track weight so when they indicated she was 16 weeks old on the website, they should have her weright as well All in all -- highly recommended (and have let people know where I found Daisy)
