Experience was amazing...from picking the perfect puppy for my dad as a Christmas gift to receipt of the puppy in his home. Once the puppy purchase was finalized communication and email updates were on point and very detailed. Extremely helpful if this is your first puppy purchase. All the staff went the extra mile!

My new toy poodle is wonderful. He is a great addition to the family. Everyone I worked with was professional and very nice. I have only one complaint and that is the transportation department never reached out to me that my puppy was on the way. I had no communication about the puppy till he arrived at the airport. The airport personnel called me to come get the puppy. The puppy was at the airport for over an hour. What if they were unable to reach me? That is unexceptable for any puppy. There was definitely a lack of communication. Five years ago I purchased a puppy. I was told the flight and the time and where to pick him up. What happened this time?

This was an easy and wonderful experience! I do recommend puppy spot. We saw many pictures of our puppy to be. We were consistently updated through email and phone.

Everyone was very helpful and did exactly what they said they would do. They kept us informed about Sophie’s arrival. Made sure we were happy with everything. Rated 5 all the way. The only thing that we didn’t like was the airport arrival with AA. When we got there the guy was very rude. Sophie was in the very back. Corner of her crate and trembling. She had some orange stuff all over her face. Her crate had been opened and the ties cut. He threw her cage on the scale and when I ask why her security ties cut , no answer and pretended not to hear us. We finally left because I wanted to get her outside to see if she was ok. That was all on AA and the Breeder needs to know.

Good to work with but hard to get them to answer the phone after my purchase. On hold for half an hour 2 times in 1 day hung up on the first wait. On the 2nd call in and half hour on hold the hung up on me by turning on there night phone.
