Initial handling process went great. Once it went to Travel it got complicated. We got 2 pups and got emails from different handlers with different travel arrangements. Spoke to as many as 6 different people including the Travel Mgr. We were concerned they would not arrive together but it all worked out. Recommend having one handler per case to eliminate all confusion. Hope they consider this. Now dealing with 2 pups with parasites and needing medication. They are covering these expenses and so far have been great to deal with. Hope the medical claims process continues to be easy. I think the company is great but they need to make a few changes to communicate better with their customers. I have recommended them to friends and family but warned them of our experiences.

I have a very loving fun puppy that is loved by all who come in contact with her. She doesn't get out much but her pic's go everywhere with me

Process went pretty well, but scheduling the day and time of transport was somewhat difficult. I asked for an arrival day and time when I can pick up the puppy, but didn't get a response if that would work. Instead I received the arrival day/time that absolutely didn't work. Fortunately I was able to rearrange travel as soon as I found out. The other thing that I was told I would receive was a shot/medical record. I only received info that the puppy was well, so I'm assuming she got her first set of shots. I would include a survey that the breeder could include to help with the transition i.e. What kind of food has she been eating (luckily my breeder included that), her approximate schedule or how many times for bowel movement, nature of puppy... Other than that process went pretty well.
Your process was sufficient to get us information about our puppy but the information you provided was bogus. We feel completely ripped off because your "top notch" breeder is selling puppies in classified ads on the internet. All in we paid more than $2,000 to receive our puppy. She is selling them for $500 to anyone that has cash.

Travel arrangements could have been much better.
everything was great except the airline forgot to load the puppy on the plane the first time. all was okay because the breeder went back to get the puppy. not wanting it to be left kenneled at the airport overnight till the next flight. so puppy went home to breeder for one night then was successfully boarded on the right fight the following day, arriving fit and healthy. puppy has been a delight. well socialised, intelligent, playful, gets along great with mu other dogs,
