Great experience from beginning to end. First choosing the right puppy, getting information from the support team, making the arrangements. Transporting the pup and finally picking him up.

The whole process of adopting puppies was very easy. Both puppies were healthy and seemed clean and well taken care of for their travel. If I ever had to do it again, I would probably opt to pick up the pups though.
