We love our new puppy. Purchasing online is always tricky but from the very start I felt comfortable with Puppy Spot. They stayed in communication from the start. I love that they only transport in charter and not the underbelly of the plane. And our puppy was delivered right to our door. And it may be too soon to say, but our puppy came close to potty trained. I’m sure that’s just temporary but it’s a nice added benefit. Definitely expensive but for all we got, mostly a healthy happy puppy, we are very satisfied.

Everyone at Puppy Spot was great, from our puppy concierge to the driver who delivered our puppy. Each representative we communicated with, either through email or on the phone was kind, helpful, and responded in a timely manner. The driver was especially communicative, updating us along his way and answering our questions We received a high quality puppy and live our new addition to the family. I would definitely use Puppy Spot again.
