The customer service people were always very kind and patient with me, even when I pelted them with multiple questions. The hardest part was waiting for her to arrive. Transportation was arranged and I was included in every step of the process. When she did arrive, they brought her right to my door, earlier than quoted. We absolutely love her, especially my kids, and are so grateful for this website. She is now a beloved family member, and will be loved for many years to come.

Oliver is a great puppy. I was happy to find out he was potty trained. He does not cry, sleeps thru the night. Tomorrow will have the final vaccine and will go out. He is playful. I was impressed with the transport and I do thank all the people involved in getting him here. Sincerely. A. Baron

PuppySpot is 100% trustworthy and dependable. Excellent communication throughout the process. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to my puppy's arrival. Transportation was excellent. And, I have a 100% healthy and happy puppy. She is a dream dog. She fit right in immediately, never cried at night, and was pad trained in 48 hours. She also goes outside. Lola has bonded with my six year old Chihuahua and they are inseparable. This was the best decision I ever made. It was worry free. PuppySpot is 100% professional. Everyone is excellent.
